Types of Floor Plans
In our memory care community, we offer three floor plans: Banyan, Cyprus, and Empress. All these floor plans differ from each other and provide various lifestyle needs and expectations for each resident. Banyan, at 265 square foot in size, is our smallest apartment and has one-bedroom and one-bathroom. We recommend this apartment choice for loved ones who either want to stay on budget or looking to downsize to a smaller space for easier management. Cyprus is similar to the Banyan, though it’s slightly larger in size at 300 square foot. Our largest apartment is the Empress, coming in at 418 square foot and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. This is perfect for a loved one who is looking to rent alongside a friend. All our apartments have spacious bathrooms and wide entryways in order for loved ones in wheelchairs to access easily, as well as making it convenient for caregivers to provide assistance whenever necessary.
