Each brings poise, passion and intensity, and together, they will nurture and uphold a culture of innovation, accountability and performance.

Our flat senior management structure is specially designed to prioritize connectivity with the communities and is a foundational aspect of TerraBella Senior Living.

Kellee Falin

Kellee Falin serves as Division President for TerraBella Senior Living. Kellee is a strategic, results-driven, accomplished professional with more than 25 years of progressive and visionary leadership in the senior living space. She is a highly experienced due diligence team leader and integration/transition expert, having managed nearly 100 acquisitions over the past two decades. Kellee is passionate about developing, inspiring, and aligning corporate and regional leadership talent, as the foundation of her business strategy. Her teams have a documented record of producing strong margin growth and quality care and service delivery.

Prior to her promotion to Division President, Kellee served as Chief Operating Officer for TerraBella Senior Living for two years. She previously worked for Navion Senior Solutions, where she served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Quality Officer for Navion Senior Solutions. Throughout her four-year tenure, she established the company framework to support exponential growth that saw that company quadruple in size. Prior to that, Kellee served the Brookdale Senior Living organization for 20 years as Regional Vice President of Operations, a role in which she managed more than 50 communities spanning a full spectrum of living and care options (Senior Apartments, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Continuing Care Retirement Communities).

Amanda Gilliam

Amanda Gilliam brings more than 16 years professional senior living experience to her role as Regional Director of Operations for TerraBella Senior Living. Prior to joining TerraBella, Amanda developed, owned and operated a successful senior living community in Tennessee for 14 years. Upon selling her company she then served as a Regional Director of Operations heavily focused on acquisitions and transitions for a growing regional senior living provider. As an Regional Director of Operations Amanda will ensure high quality care is being delivered to residents and that all regulatory compliance and safety standards are being met. She will develop community leaders thus driving and maximizing fiscal performance to support the continued growth and success for the organization. Amanda began her professional career as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army leading teams during a 18 month war time deployment in Iraq.

Amanda holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. In her free time, she is an avid world traveler with a deep appreciation for other cultures and spends much of her time scuba diving.

Senior Vice President of Resident Care

Wendy Setzer

Wendy Setzer, RN, serves as Regional Director of Resident Care where she works closely to support leadership teams in providing exceptional care. Wendy brings over 35 years of clinical experience to TerraBella, with a special interest in the continuum of geriatric care. Her expertise spans risk management, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and mentoring clinical leaders to think both clinically and strategically.

Prior to joining TerraBella, Wendy worked as the Director of Quality Management leading a regional team for Depaul Adult Care Communities in the Carolinas, where she successfully revamped the quality management program and drove improved regulatory outcomes. She has also served as Vice President of Wellness for Bridge Senior Living serving communities along the eastern seaboard and currently serves as an active provider member for the informal dispute resolution panel for the North Carolina Department of Health Service Regulation.

Wendy is a lifelong North Carolinian and loves living in the south. She enjoys spending time with her husband riding through the Blue Ridge Mountains on the back of a Harley Davidson. You will often find her shopping with her mother, and spending time with her two adult daughters and grandson.

Jennifer Price Penn

Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience in senior living and healthcare leadership, specializing in operations, enterprise risk management, compliance, and healthcare safety. She holds the ARM designation and Healthcare Safety certification and is known for developing data-driven systems that strengthen accountability, enhance operational performance, and support high-performing teams across support services functions.

She proudly calls North Carolina home and enjoys life there with her husband and 9-year-old daughter.

Andrew Dellinger

With over twenty-five years in healthcare, including eleven dedicated to senior living, Andrew has built a career defined by leadership, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. His journey began with Holiday Retirement, where he thrived as a Sales Leader and Regional Sales Coach & Mentor, specializing in Independent Living. He then expanded his expertise in Assisted Living and Memory Care at Navion Senior Solutions, advancing through corporate roles such as Corporate Director of Sales – New Development, Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, and ultimately, Regional Director of Operations.

Through these experiences, Andrew has cultivated a dynamic background in sales, operations, and business strategy. He approaches challenges with a keen analytical mindset and a solutions-oriented drive. Passionate about fostering growth, he empowers teams to maximize their potential through encouragement, accountability, and a servant leadership philosophy. His ability to inspire and develop individuals not only leads to measurable success but also strengthens workplace culture and collaboration.

Beyond his professional life, Andrew finds joy in spending time with his wife, Kristen, and daughter, Stella. Whether watching movies at home with their two dogs, Bella and Lulu, or unwinding at the beach, family adventures are always at the heart of his downtime. His dedication to leadership extends beyond the workplace—embracing the same values of mentorship, support, and celebration in all aspects of life.

Ashton Arnold

Ashton Arnold joined TerraBella Senior Living as Area Manager and Executive Director at Blue Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care in 2023 prior to being promoted to Regional Director of Operations. Ashton specializes in building and developing strong community teams and fostering community growth.

Prior to joining TerraBella, Ashton served in senior living communities for over 13 years. Beginning her career as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Ashton transitioned into Assisted Living as an Executive Director in 2016. Ashton is passionate about senior care and looks forward to serving both the community teams and residents at TerraBella.

Beth Mize

Beth started her career in Sales in 1993 and ultimately found her true calling in 2005 when she accepted a sales director position at a senior living community. Within a few months, Beth was elevated to Area Director and was promoted to a regional position in 2007 overseeing 17 communities. Beth quickly found that her passion extended well beyond sales, often running in a dual capacity of sales/ops and ultimately being promoted to Regional Director of Operations with complete responsibility for driving and supporting sales. Beth is highly skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of community operations.

A North Carolina native, Beth and her husband of 40 years share two grown children, Christopher, and Jessica and have 5 beautiful grandchildren.

Brandon Banda is a seasoned operations leader with over 14 years of experience in the senior living industry. As Director of Operations, he is responsible for overseeing community performance, team development, and resident satisfaction—always guided by a people-first philosophy.

Brandon’s career began in the military, where he developed a deep sense of discipline, resilience, and commitment to service. He then transitioned into hotel management, where he refined his expertise in hospitality and guest experience. Ultimately, he found his true calling in senior living—a field that combines his passion for service with his operational strengths.

With a unique background that blends hospitality, leadership, and operational excellence, Brandon is dedicated to creating supportive, high-performing environments that empower teams, elevate care standards, and improve the quality of life for residents and their families.

Tammy Muffley

Tammy Norton Muffley came to Preston Greens Senior Living as the Executive Director in 2023 and has since been promoted to Regional Director of Operations. She brings 8 years of experience to her role and is passionate about seniors and enjoys getting to know the residents on a personal level. She has nearly 40 years experience in several sales-related positions.

Tammy has been involved in volunteering her time with Habitat for Humanity, Rotary Club, United Way, The American Kidney Foundation, several professional women's organizations and interpreting for the deaf. She has been a sign-language interpreter for 42 years.

Ashley Eckenrod, began her career in senior living in 2012 as a concierge and has worked her way up to Senior Divisional Sales Director. Ashley’s favorite part of her position is that she gets to help seniors live a better quality of life and be a resource to families through their next journey in life. She loves sitting down with families and their loved ones and listening to what is important to them while sharing the wonderful benefits about TerraBella Senior Living. Ashley has heard many times when a resident moves in that they feel at home and the team members are so caring. She believes the best part of her job is continuing to be part of residents’ lives and build friendships. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children while watching her son play soccer and daughter ride horses. She also enjoys being on the lake, traveling, and hiking.

With over 18 years of senior living sales leadership experience, Tom is a seasoned senior living sales executive known for driving occupancy growth, developing high-performing teams, and building strong, mission-driven sales cultures.

Throughout his career, Tom has held progressive leadership roles across the senior living industry, overseeing sales operations for multi-site portfolios and leading regional strategies that have consistently exceeded performance benchmarks. His expertise spans independent living, assisted living, and memory care, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of residents, families, and communities. Tom is passionate about creating impactful sales strategies rooted in empathy, integrity, and results. He excels at mentoring teams, fostering collaborative environments, and aligning sales initiatives with organizational goals.

Ellie Shiveley

Born in New Iberia, Louisiana, best known for Tabasco Hot sauce and Cajun cooking, Ellie’s roots in Southern cuisine were born in her Mawmaw’s kitchen. Moving to Oaxaca, Mexico as a child, her family’s work in disaster relief and feeding programs instilled a passion for cooking from the heart and providing meals for those in need. Immersed in vibrant spices and fresh ingredients at local markets, Ellie’s culinary journey began, fueling a lifelong love for food. Starting in classical French restaurants her eye for detail and standard of excellence was established. In 2009 she transitioned to the film industry before embarking on a career as a private chef for celebrities and high-profile clients.

Amidst the pandemic, Ellie relocated to Roanoke, Virginia, where she joined TerraBella Senior Living as an Area Director of Culinary Services prior to her promotion to Divisional Director of Culinary Services. Ellie’s journey into senior living has allowed her to combine her culinary talent with a passion for caring for others, and she aims to challenge stigmas and push the boundaries from what is expected to what is possible.

Ellie lives in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains with her Daughter Elia Grey, they together excel in Martial Arts and love traveling to explore new places and, of course, eating along the way.

Derek St Romain

Chef Derek St. Romain is a New Orleans–based culinary leader known for his expertise in wild game and his deep roots in the city’s vibrant food scene. After building a strong foundation in top New Orleans kitchens prior to Hurricane Katrina, he demonstrated resilience by reestablishing his culinary path—eventually returning to the food truck scene after a decade-long hiatus. Today, he serves as Area Director of Culinary for TerraBella Senior Living, where he brings creativity and leadership to dining programs, while also contributing his expertise as part of the Ingles Table food expert team.

Amanda Bullock

Amanda Bullock brings more than 20 years of corporate human resources experience to her role at TerraBella Senior Living, having served prominent organizations including Home Depot, CBS Radio and The GEO Group. As Director of Human Resources for TerraBella Senior Living, Amanda will lead company-wide efforts in key, functional areas including team member recruitment and retention, benefits administration and career development programming.

A graduate of Thiel College (Greenville, PA), Amanda earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Sociology, accompanied by a special concentration in Gerontology. She resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband, William, and is a devoted mother to four adult children, including Michael and Kaitlyn, and “children in love,” Madison and Josh. In her free time, she loves traveling, Pilates, attending sporting events with her husband, watching crime TV shows and spending time with family and friends.

Meagan Peppers

Meagan has been in the senior living industry since 2009 where she started her career as a sales manager for an assisted living/memory care community. In 2018, Meagan was promoted to a Regional Sales Manager position and has served communities in NC, SC, Virginia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and Kentucky in this capacity ever since. Meagan loves serving as a resource to communities in the sales arena and partnering with the teams to drive occupancy and develop professional partnerships in the marketplace. She lives in Spartanburg, SC with her husband Michael. Together they have 4 grown children, and she has 2 adorable grandchildren (and smart too): Johan and Kynleigh. She loves to spend time working in the yard, doing household projects and spending time with her dog Ripp.

Holly’s prior roles include Director of Business Development, National Director of New Development, Divisional Director of Sales, and Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing.

Holly credits her Nashville roots for her love for good food, great music and southern hospitality. She received her BS in Business Administration from the College of Charleston, and currently resides in Summerville, SC with her husband and daughter.

Throughout her career, Donna has been recognized for her ability to foster positive, high-performing environments, navigate complex challenges, and guide families in making informed decisions. With experience in several industries, she is skilled in using market research to craft a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to maximize ROI.

A proud graduate of the University of Georgia, Chandler studied in the Grady College of Journalism & Mass Communication where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and gained invaluable experience with media strategy, campaign management, and brand planning working alongside agencies and industry leaders.

Outside of working hours, Chandler enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and reading. She resides in Belmont, NC with her husband and two rescue dogs.

Brandon is a seasoned nursing professional with over ten years of experience in the healthcare field, including nine years in a Regional Nurse role. His career has focused on skilled and assisted living, where he’s found his true calling—supporting residents, families, and care teams with clinical excellence and compassion. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Brandon brings both expertise and heart to every community he serves.

To Brandon, being a nurse in assisted living is more than a profession—it’s a ministry. It means walking alongside others during some of the most important seasons of life, offering dignity, comfort, and respect. His Christian faith plays a foundational role in how he leads and serves, grounding his approach in empathy, integrity, and love for others.

Happily married and a proud father of six, Brandon enjoys a full and lively life outside of work. He’s an avid outdoorsman who loves fishing, watching and playing sports, and spending quality time with his family. A passionate Alabama Crimson Tide fan, he’s always ready to cheer on his team—Roll Tide!

Julie now supports multiple communities in her role as Regional Director of Resident Engagement. She is known for supporint communities with servant leadership and a solutions driven approach.

Carolyn Freeman

Carolyn Freeman brings over 25 years of professional senior living experience in her role with TerraBella Senior Living as our Divisional Sales Director. Prior to joining the TerraBella Team in 2022, Carolyn led independent living, assisted living and memory care communities. She built excellent regional and district teams in both operational and sales disciplines across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

As the Divisional Sales Director, Carolyn partners with our community teams bringing feet on the ground defining leadership competency, regulatory compliance, financial stability, and legislative advocacy in markets while never loosing culture of caring. Essential to her role is the prioritization and partnering with each community team and embracing clear objectives while driving occupancy.

Carolyn proudly served 12 years on NC Assisted Living Association Board of Directors and co-facilitated the NCALA Administrator in Training Classroom. She is still an active NCALA Certified Preceptor for new AIT students of our industry. Carolyn is also a member of NC Women’s Leadership Foundation and volunteer membership of Southeastern Center for Contemporary Arts and Piedmont Craftsmen Association. She earned Bachelor of Science and Masters in Business Administration from Appalachian State University.

Sean Leach

Sean Leach serves as Divisional Sales Specialist at TerraBella Senior Living. He identifies opportunities within the communities that can help drive occupancy and enjoys implementing systems that will allow continuous and consistent census growth. He also enjoys coaching and training senior living sales counselors to become the very best at what they do. Sean brings more than 15 years of sales experience to the senior living industry.
Prior to joining TerraBella, Sean worked with some of the leading companies within the industry. His positions included Senior Living Counselor, Community Sales Director, Sales Specialist, Area Sales Manager and Regional Director of Sales.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys traveling abroad with his wife, boating, hiking, watching sports and eating all the delicious foods his two culinary kids make for him.

Rachel Tackett

Rachel Tackett has more than 20 years of experience in the senior living industry. Rachel has worked as an executive director and regional director of operations for several assisted living communities. For about 16 years, she supported the operations and oversight of more than 50 assisted living communities in 15 states across the country. From the moment that she began her career in assisted living, Rachel knew that it was her calling. She ensures that the residents in her community receive the highest level of care and excels at holding her team to these standards. Rachel has a beautiful daughter and son-in-law as well as a grandson who brings a lot of fun and laughter.

Ashley Aamodt Gordon

Ashley Aamodt joins TerraBella Senior Living as the Divisional Administration Specialist. After studying at Western Carolina University, Ashley got her start in senior living working directly with residents as a care manager. Prior to joining TerraBella Senior Living, Ashley was an experienced Business Office Manager. As Divisional Administration Specialist, Ashley works collaboratively with leadership at all levels to enhance the TerraBella brand and build strong communities through analyzing, tracking, and driving key business office and community administrative operations as she prides herself on adding efficiency and strategic vision to the community activities.

Ashley resides in Hendersonville, NC with her husband, Kevin, and beloved fur-babies. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with family, trying new restaurants, traveling, and hiking.
