My family and I made the very difficult decision to find a care facility for our mom. On a very difficult and heartbreaking journey touring facilities we came across TerraBella at Northridge. The moment we walked in we knew this had to be where God had brought us!!!!! The staff were so welcoming, it was so clean ( no displeasing odors!!!!) and we felt a sense of joy that we never felt anywhere else we toured. Our mother who was so incredibly sad about moving there has adjusted in a way only God and this precious staff could have done!!!!! We have All been amazed at how well she has done and how Happy she is now!!!!!! We are so incredibly Thankful to all the wonderful staff and the precious residents that have made this incredibly hard journey such a wonderful place for our family!!!!!! We all feel like family there and it feels like home!!!!!! We are so Thankful we found this sweet place for our mom!!! The Lord is so Good!!!!!❤️

Misty and her team at TerraBella Northridge were great to work with in making a quick move-in happen for an out of town family. Due to the Resident's family living in another state and the timeline that they were working with, it took extra effort by Misty to make their Mom's transition a smooth one. I would highly recommend working with Misty and her team.

TerraBella Northridge has been a wonderful senior assisted living community for my father as he is aging and unable to care for himself. Dad gets the the care and assistance he needs as well as he has developed friendships with other residents. Per Dad, he is very happy at TerraBella Northridge.

Misty has been wonderful to work with as I transition both of my parents to assisted living at the same time. Throughout the process, she has been consistently professional, responsive, knowledgable and supportive. She has a wonderful, positive attitude and has put my mind at ease. TerraBella was one stop on our very long journey to find a warm, qualified, and understanding place for our family member. Tucked off the main road in a pleasant setting, we entered the lobby and were greeted, welcomed, and had immediate good feelings. Misty and her staff answered our questions and provided specifics along with a tour and introductions. We hope that this is our final stop in our search!

My mother has been a resident of the Assisted Living building at Terra Bella for over a year, and we could not be more pleased with the level of care she receives.My mother requires a significant amount of attention, including assistance with:* Bathing and dressing* Personal needs* Transferring (e.g., chair to bed)The entire care staff has consistently been exceptionally patient, kind, and professional when attending to her extensive needs. This dedication gives our family immense peace of mind.We are particularly grateful for Ashley, the Activities Director. Ashley goes above and beyond to ensure residents remain socially active and engaged. She personally encourages my mom to come down to the living room and participate. The variety of social activities Ashley schedules is excellent and truly enhances the quality of life for the residents.My mom frequently comments on how much she enjoys the meals, noting the good variety offered.Overall, we feel incredibly comfortable and confident that my mom is receiving high-quality, compassionate care at Terra Bella. Thank you to the entire Terra Bella team!

The staff is so accommodating and nice. Anytime my father or family needs assistance, there is always someone available to help. The other residents are also extremely interesting and personable.

When searching for a unit for a family member, I met Torie Woodell. During this overwhelming process, she asked important questions, listened intently, gave factual answers in a relaxed atmosphere. As we toured, I was so impressed at Torie's knowledge of residents; she greeted them by name and obviously had cultivated relationships with them. I will encourage my friends to work with Torie and see what she has to offer at Terra Bella.

My mom has been in the "Transitional Memory Care" unit at Terrabella now for 3 months. Torie was great to work with and helped place Mom in the right unit for her needs. I love that she is still super responsive if I have a quick question. The staff ... I give them 5 STARS too! No matter who I talk to they are ALWAYS so friendly, patient and helpful. Lastly, I absolutely LOVE the staff in her unit.... a Special shoutout to Tonya and Brenda and Emelda. I can see the love in their hearts and eagerness to care for others. To find people who genuinely love and care for my mom and the people there... is priceless. I know I can rest easy each night knowing they are giving her the proper care, attention and love.

We recently had the pleasure of attending a food tasting at TerraBella Assisted Living and Memory Care in Raleigh. The food was excellent - well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Beyond the tasting, we truly appreciated the meaningful conversation about the ongoing development of the community. It was inspiring to see how committed Sherry, Torie, Kenley and other members of the leadership team are to continuously improving the lives of their residents. Their dedication and forward-thinking approach were evident in every detail. They never stop exploring ways to make TerraBella an even better place to live. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that truly reflects the heart and vision behind the community.

My mom has been a resident for almost a year, currently in memory care. The staff has been very receptive to all our questions and concerns. They try their best to create extra activities for mom (she's in good physical shape) as she gets bored easily.Every member of the staff seems to enjoy their job. A special shout out for Ebony. She had a shadow box building activity with families invited and held it in the evening so more families could attend (her working day ends at 5:00). I also saw her there on Mother's day. She said she just wanted to stop by and say hi to all the mothers. I think that's a pretty good example of the type of dedication I see there.The facility is a bit older, but the care and dedication of the staff more than offset that. I would highly recommend TerraBella at Northridge.

I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with TerraBella Northridge for a few years now. Their staff is excellent and truly cares about the quality and lifestyle of the residents. I’ve been able to attend several events where the Culinary Director, Kenley, prepared food that the residents get to enjoy. The food was fresh and delicious! I look forward to continuing to partner with them.

Although our mother was not at this facility for long our interactions with Torie and Karen were 5-star. They went above and beyond to help our mother with her hospital discharge and getting her into a safe, clean room when we had very little time to figure things out. They figured out a solution for her when we did not have one.

We recently had to find an assisted living community for our mother with very little time to make a decision. Karen and Torie were absolutely wonderful to work with and helped us secure a place for our mother when she was discharged from the hospital. When our mother arrived, the staff were so welcoming and kind. Every time I visited, all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Tina, who I met in the dining lounge.

Our parents were residents for 5+ years. Mom in memory care that has stages of care which is very important. Fun activities in assisted living for my dad. Encouraged daily visits between ours parents. Hosted wedding anniversary parties. We cared and supported the staff which deepened the loving caring our parents received from Terra Bella staff.

I recommend considering Terrabella for your loved one. We toured Terrabella for my father but chose another facility that was closer to family. Torie was particularly helpful and you can tell she really cares about her job and her residents.

Terra Bella hosted an amazing Senior Networking event that was very well attended! Their team was very inviting and warm, and I was very impressed with the longevity of some of their top staff members! They also have a "Transitional Memory Care" unit in addition to a traditional Memory Care unit, and that is unique and very needed! I look forward to visiting their community with my Therapy Dog and getting to know staff and residents!

My grandmother has been a resident at Terra Bella Northridge for 9 months now. Everyone has been professional and accommodating, making her feel at home and giving our family peace of mind that she is in very good hands. Transitioning Nana from living alone to an assisted living facility was an adjustment and hiccups are expected when caring for a 90 year old (on top of balancing our 3 young children of our own). We couldn’t have done it without the support of the team at Terra Bella, and highly recommend you reach out for a tour if a loved one in your life is needing a new place to call home.
