Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Tori Woodell serves as Senior Lifestyle Counselor for TerraBella Northridge. Tori graduated from Barton College with a degree in gerontology and a minor in social work. She is passionate about working in senior living and assisting families, having experienced firsthand the honesty and compassion families need when making a decision to move their loved one.
In her free time, enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs, visiting nature trails, and tending to her plants.

Senior Lifestyle Coordinator

Torie joined the TerraBella Northridge team in 2022 as Senior Lifestyle Coordinator. From a young age, Torie has been passionate about working in the senior living industry and helping seniors after witnessing her father’s experience with early onset Alzheimer’s. Witnessing firsthand the compassion and honesty needed to guide families through these difficult decisions, Torie decided she wanted to do the same and pursued a career in sales.

Torie holds a degree in gerontology and a minor in social work. In her personal life, Torie enjoys spending time with her husband, who she met in another senior living community, spending time with her two rescue dogs, and travelling to Disney World!

Abbey Bailey-Gutierrez

Director of Celebrations

As the Director of Celebrations, Abbey’s goal is to have fun and spread positivity.  She has known her whole life that she wanted to be in a field where she could make a difference.  During her college years, she worked as an Activities Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility.  It was here that she realized her passion and fulfillment came from working with the senior population.  With degrees in Recreation Therapy and Leisure Service Management, as well as being a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional, Abbey is uniquely qualified to provide joy and happiness to the lives of our residents.  Originally from the Midwest, she now enjoys trips to the beach and the mountains, none of which she had in Missouri!  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Sal and her son Michael, as well as gardening, landscaping, and watching Game Show Network.

Tiffany Utley

Director of Health & Wellness

Director of Health & Wellness, Tiffany Utley, has more than 15 years of direct care and leadership experience. Tiffany has traveled through many avenues of healthcare from long term care, substance abuse, home health and memory care. With a passion for serving and caring for others, her daily mission is to see the smiles of the residents and team members. Tiffany is a certified dementia practitioner and initially joined the TerraBella Northridge community as the Memory Care Director before finding her calling in wellness. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with her family and two pets, Happy and Brownie.
