As I reflect on all that I’m thankful for and those who have helped my mother I naturally think of the team members at TerraBella Hendersonville. My mother, Elaine, was only a resident for 5 1/2 months but in that short amount of time she seemed content, well-adjusted, and happy. All the personnel that assisted her were caring, patient, and professional. Bob and I are thankful that we could be with her Monday night and share loving, fun conversation. Then the call at midnight on Tuesday where we were allowed to visit privately. I could hold her hand and kiss her forehead and tell her how much we love her. God was very good to us. Thanks to all of you for caring for Elaine when we couldn’t be there and for your kindness especially to her, Bob, and I.

I am thinking about you and hoping all is well. I am missing my mom Jean so I thought I would write you a note. Makes me happy. I think about your hard job as an Executive Director and wonder how all the residents are doing. Miss seeing you and the team. Tell everyone I say hello. You all were special to our mother. My dad just celebrated one year at his senior living community he is hanging in there turning 93 years old!
