I toured many assisted living facilities in the area before I finally settled on TerraBella. It had the homiest feeling of any of them. I am very satisfied with the care she receives. LOVE the staff. LOVE the other residents in Mom's community. Highly recommend if your loved one needs assisted living!

I moved my Mom to Terra Bella a year and a half ago after her dementia took a turn for the worse after a few surgeries. She is in the Memory Care side of the facility. Victoria and her staff are very hands on and caring to the residents. They all get to know the residents, call them by name, and treat them like they are family. It took a long time to get my Mom's meds straightened out at the beginning and she was showing lots of anger and irritation. The staff were all very patient with her while we got her medication figured out, and they worked with us when we needed to switch her from a double room to a single. She has been settled now for awhile, and thinks she is home. It is such a blessing and a weight off my shoulders knowing she is in great care when I am not around. It is a smaller facility as well, so the staff members really get to know the residents. I highly recommend Terra Bella for your loved one.

I feel so lucky to have found TerraBella Harrisburg for my mom. She had been in another facility that was problematic and I came to the staff very stressed about the situation. They immediately did their best to put my mind at ease.She's in Memory Care and I love there are only 16 residents. It's small and the caregivers really know and understand the residents. If they see something that's slightly off or unusual, they contact me right away. They're great about working with their medical staff and therapists to ensure she's getting great care.Victoria is the MC Director and is the kindest, most compassionate person I've dealt with in a senior living community. She responds to my questions right away and is great with mom and all the residents. Jennifer and Pam are caregivers and very good with the residents.I also take mom for walks in Assisted Living and the staff all know her by name and are so sweet.The residence itself is always super clean. My work schedule varies, so I drop by unannounced at different times. She is always nicely dressed and her room is put together.I have spoken to therapists, as well as doctors that come here to work and they've told me privately that this is one of the best facilities that they work with.TerraBella is a very good choice and I highly recommend taking a look for your loved one.

Terra Bella is a wonderful assisted living facility. I have visited there almost weekly for the past year and enjoy visiting there. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. It is very well kept and always smells clean and fresh.Sonja the Activity Director is great and does so many wonderful activities with the residents. She keeps them active and involved in doing things to get them out and about in the community.If you are looking for some where for a loved one to stay I would definitely recommend you taking a visit to this facility.

My dear father was here and he just loved it and all of the staff! And I know they truly loved Dad too! He made them all feel special and they sure did the same for him. He loved the food and going to the Dining Hall for all three meals. He also loved to go and have a good cup of afternoon coffee. I think they brewed up a pot just for him! My dad was an amazing special fellow. His name was Dr. David Crosland, and he delivered some of the staff and residents' babies over the years. Terra Bella takes great care of their beloved residents.

A great place for your loved one to call home! The staff are incredible and create a sense of family - with so many engaging activities planned for their residents. Every time I visit, I’m greeted by friendly staff, but also the excitement from residents experiencing some sort of fun activity! Get in touch with Christy Helms, their Senior Lifestyle Coordinator, to set up a tour - she’s amazing!!

Terra Bella is a great assisted living facility! We have enjoyed their care for our family member for over a year now. Sonja is great with the residents providing fun activities every day for them. The entire staff is awesome!

I love working at Terra Bella of Harrisburg have been there a years as of August the 28th 2024 love working with the staff love working with the head director Liz, loving caring for the residents I've been doing this type of work since I was 24 years old Now over 26 years It's not just a job to me It's a passion to care for someone else's loved one as I would want somebody care for my mom and dad just recently losing my dad 3 months as of the 28th of August It was very hard I thank the community for being there for me loving me helping me through this difficult time of my life 😭 I enjoy coming to work every morning seeing many resident faces☺️ it brings me great joy. So if you thinking of a place to put your loved ones that will be cared for with love I highly recommend you to give Terra Bella of Harrisburg call and come out and do a visit.And I'll see you when you come My name is Cynthia McCormick I'm the med tech /supervisor ,caregiver👍

We moved my mother to Terra Bella 11 months ago. After a horrific experience with her previous residence (The Laurels at Highland Creek) I was wary. I believe the quality of care and services residents receive starts with the director. Director Liz SanJose has proven to be accessible and caring, which reflects in her staff members. When we did have some medication concerns when mom first moved in, they were addressed and resolved. . I feel confident knowing my mom is being checked on multiple times during the day, and reminded to come down for meals. The activity director makes a point to encourage her to join in activities, and staff member Cynthia is super nice and always helpful. Turn over of staff is typical, but they do have several employees with longevity, and I have found the staff to be very kind, including their maintenance guy Glenn who never procrastinates when you need something repaired.

We moved my dad into TerraBellaHarrisburg in their memory care unit in May and my mom into their assisted living unit at the end of July. It’s been an adjustment for me but the staff is awesome and very friendly which has helped the process. I know they are getting the best care and that also helps!! 🌟💖

My mother was at Terra Bella for almost 3 years. She was treated like a queen. The staff was wonderful to her. From housekeeping to dining room staff to directors and nurses and caregivers. It's a beautiful place. So very clean and cheerful. Always having activities for them to do. I'm greatful for everyone there that was involved to help The Queen. Bless you Terra Bella.

My wife and I enjoy living at Terra Bella, our home. The facility is clean, well maintained, well managed and comfortable. The caregivers and management are compassionate, cheerful, caring and responsive. We are grateful to be a part of this family.

My mother has been at TerraBella for quite a while now. In her time there she has had some of the best caregivers ever. They truly care for the residents they take care of.There are activities and other things for the residents to do on a daily basis.Thanks so much for taking such good care of my mom. My mom is a resident of TerraBella in Harrisburg. The staff are always accommodating and friendly. My mom says she would never go back to her home and living on her own. They have many, many activities and chances for the residents to be involved and make friends. It is not just a facility it is home to the residents and the staff tries to make it homey and comfy! I am so happy that TerraBella has and continues to meet all of my mom’s needs and most of her wants! You can’t go wrong if you choose TerraBella Harrisburg for your loved one!!

My dad has been there for almost 2 years. The staff has treated him and myself like family. I visit a lot and all the residents I speak with seem very happy. They have daily activities for the residents and also scheduled trips away from the facility. All of the staff is very nice and speaks to everyone. The facility is always clean. I would recommend TerraBella to anyone.

I have never seen staff that treat residents and employees as if they were family, but they do at TerraBella Harrisburg. They provide dignity and support to patients, and the staff is very experienced. I can not recommend anything better. Amazing place! Take a tour and meet the staff. They are fantastic! The facility is very nice and clean, and very well maintained. Perfect place for your loved one

Christy is a true professional. We toured a family at TB Harrisburg on Wednesday, 5/10, and the family was so impressed with Christy's knowledge, the introduction to other team members, and the cleanliness of the community, they cancelled all other tours this week. Their minds were made up and TB Harrisburg will be a future home for their Mom!
