In our retirement community, there are separate floor plan designs for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. Having variety ensures that not only are able to meet the physical needs of our residents, we can also accommodate different lifestyle preferences and budgets.
In our Assisted Living community, we offer the Granville floor plan which is a one-bathroom suite covering 292 sq. ft. The other option is the Hooper floor plan which is a one-bedroom apartment with one bathroom covering 527 sq. ft. The Hooper floor plan comes with a kitchenette for those who enjoy preparing simple meals.
For our memory care community, we have our Riverwalk floor plan which comes with one bathroom. This suite is 292 sq. ft. and is also available in shared suite configurations.
All floor plan designs will come with amenities like ample storage, individual climate control settings, emergency call systems as well as safety features like non-slip flooring in the bathrooms.
