I had the pleasure of visiting Terrabella Summerville Retirement Center for an event, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff, from nurses to employees, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facility was spotless, and it smelled wonderful throughout. I feel confident and at ease knowing my Aunt is in such caring hands. Highly recommend!

Terra Bella is a Very Professional and Caring Community! I have had various dealings and contact with the Staff and Management there and have found them Very Involved with the Care of All their Residents. I also found Christy the Executive Director and Wendy the Director of Nursing Very Attentive to the concerns of both the Residents, Staff Members and the Facility as a whole! I am getting to the age of looking at Assisted Living Facilities and I can see this One is at the Top of my List!

I have been affiliated with Terra Bella as a hospice nurse for some time now, and since, have always and continue to have a very professional and positive experience. From the moment you walk into the door you are greeted with a smile and are always asked if there is anything you can be helped with. Administration is prompt and truly care about the residents and staff. The facility is clean and well managed and is a warm, welcoming environment. Angel, especially, is truly an asset to the Terra Bella team and is a true gem. Her genuine concern and care for the residents does not go unnoticed. It is evident she is an experienced leader and is never afraid to jump in to help her team. I always recommend Terra Bella any chance I get. When you get the chance to coordinate care with such an amazing team and facility, it truly is a blessing. Give Angel and the Terra Bella team a call with any needs or concerns. Thanks Angel, and Terra Bella team for always going above and beyond!

My mom has been here for about a year and it has been a good and easy process. She loves it my family loves it. She gets the proper care she needs and they always have something for them to do and keep them busy…. Best choice my family has made for mom!!!!!

I have toured this community and it is very clean and has new furniture. I am looking for a loved one and this is going to be my choice. Perfect size, not too large. I met with the Executive Director and the both made me feel comfortable and calm.

My mother moved to Terra Bella on the recommendation of a trusted friend. She had been in a memory care facility that made her feel like a prisoner and she was so unhappy. The entire staff worked tirelessly to care for the residents while being friendly, welcoming, and caring. While she was only there for less than two months, everyone got to know her and was very invested in her happiness. She was allowed to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine, birds, and people coming and going. They took her out on the van to shop and to dine out. She stayed engaged with other residents and the activities director who kept them busy and even brought her dog into the facility every day for the enjoyment of the residents. There is a real feel of family between the caregivers and the residents. The hospice nurse coordinated closely with the staff to ensure her safety and well being. As her death neared, everyone was so compassionate. Following her death they have reached out to me many times. I would highly recommend anyone looking for assisted living or memory care to take a tour.

Words cannot describe how welcoming and loving TerraBella Summerville is. Everyone is family there and the staff treats the residents as such. My experiences there are not just another assisted living facility, it is a home to an extended family. Highly recommend TerraBella, not only for its location, cleanliness, private room space, but what makes TerraBella truly great---the people that work and live there. Shout out to activities especially! The residents are able to voice what they would like to see and do, and it is well heard. From petting farms to WWE Smackdown, there is never a boring day at TerraBella! Highly recommend.

A beautiful and welcoming facility. What I loved the most is their magnificent activities department. They are constantly coming with with new and fun activities that the residents including my loved one enjoy so much.

I came with a friend to visit her family and I must say, the staff there was SO NICE and very welcoming. The building was super clean, and the food was amazing (we ate lunch with my friend's aunt). I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for assisted living care!!

As a community partner of Terra Bella, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with their staff for many years. Upon each visit, every resident here looks happy. They’re always out of their rooms socializing or participating in one of the many activities that are carefully planned for them on a daily basis. Always an upbeat atmosphere and every single employee is in tune with what is going on with the residents. If I were in need of a community for an elderly family member I would feel confident that they would be happy and cared for at Terra Bella.

This community is charming and freshly painted. I enjoyed my tour with Tiffany and was so impressed at her knowledge. She knew every resident by name and the building was clean. All of the staff greeted me and were very professional. Super impressive!
