Mark Mitchell

Executive Director

TerraBella Newton welcomed Mark Mitchell as our new Executive Director in 2022. Mark attended Bob Jones University and majored in Business. Mark comes to us with over 30 years of servant leadership in Senior Living. Mark has a strong history of success in team building, multi-site management, he is an educator, trainer, and preceptor for LTC licensing and has 12 years’ experience as a licensed nursing home administrator. Marks background traveling and assisting in turning communities from struggling to high performing by creating positive culture change and building strong relationships with residents and families are his strongest assets.

In his free time, Mark loves spending time with him mom and daughter as well as working out and he loves the outdoors and traveling.

Suzanne Dyson

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Suzanne has worked in assisted living for more than 17 years.  She resides and Alexander County with her husband and has two adult children in college.  Suzanne is an animal lover and has two very spoiled dogs.  She enjoys being outdoors especially gardening, hiking, and fishing.  But her favorite pastime is enjoying the company of family and friends.
